GUIDELINES: OVERVIEW
Eligibility: Painting, Photography, Drawing, Mixed Media, Objects, and Digital Art. Entries are to be submitted in JPEG format. Deadline: January 25, 2009, but NeoPopRealism Starz encourages submissions earlier rather than later. Juror: Visit Page JURORS or scroll down.
Awards: 1st: collectible glass plate with Nadia Russ' artwork on it, limited edition (1 of 7), estimated value $4,000; 2nd: $300 and a collection of coffee-table books published by Europe leading publishing companies; 3rd: $100 and a complimentary entry to the next NeoPopRealism Starz Art Competition online. All winners will be interviewed by the NeoPopRealism Journal in February, 2009, and will have their work displayed in the Honored Artists' section.
